Leveraging The Experience & Knowledge Of Time
FOUNDER / Dealmaker
A multidisciplinary MBA with a technical/engineering (B.Eng.) background and over 25 years experience in hi-tech related start-ups and public listed global corporations working on turnarounds and high growth projects with profit and loss or revenue generation responsibility where I’ve experienced acquisitions and exits from both the buy and sell-side.
As an energetic entrepreneur, I’m now working on a long term acquisition plan to purchase, run and build a great company with the backing of several operators and investors and later establish a strong group of related companies whose legacy we have been able to secure. Dealing directly with business owners and select business brokers/agents.
The current focus is on SME’s based initially in the Central England region with a turnover in the range of £0.5 to £5Mil and will expand over time. Locations of interest (but not exclusively) include the following counties:
Open to various sectors however with significant experience in hi-tech businesses related to sectors such as digital, electronics, engineering, manufacturing, medical, software, technology, hardware, telecommunications and web/internet they remain of particular interest as do business services (in particular digital marketing) and consulting.
Whilst acquisition is our primary focus and the best route for most companies, there is also the opportunity to create a unique high-value merger if your business is appropriate and you don’t want to sell, yet do want to benefit from accelerated growth.
Also have a small interest in a giftware/merchandise company that I’m looking to grow as well as a property related business, again through acquisition.
